For the last year and a half, I have been painting, and as a lifelong autodidact, I’ve been watching, listening, asking questions, and experimenting. I’m learning every day. And from small town England, to living in Germany, Spain, Guatemala and Mexico, from decades in the American Southwest to the Northeast, I continue to explore how these cultures influence my work as I find my way to a sense of home in nature, in the wildness of untouched land. I hope that you are drawn to linger with these impressionistic observations of dirt and sky, birds and critters, that you immerse yourself in the mountains, and breathe more easily. Relaxing as you come closer.
