Realistic Practice: The emphasis is on developing a daily practice that fits your own life.

The “31 Day Challenge” in the Classroom is a low-friction way to bypass the inner critic through freewriting and playing with the prompts given.

You can then go to the “12 Week Course” that will develop these beginning points to build a practice that lasts.

The Community Chats is where you find daily questions, suggestions, polls, member’s introductions and posts. It’s safe space, more like a retreat than anything pressured. I set a weekly assignment so that we can start the week with a specific creative goal and the steps we’ll take to reach that.

So ask yourself, What projects are you working on or dreaming about? Where do you feel stuck? and just as importantly, what gives you energy or inspiration?
