Yoga Classes – Audio

Yoga Nidra

This is a short guided body scan that really helps relax the body and mind. It’s great for helping with stress and for falling asleep. I find myself listening to another yoga teacher’s version of this each night once the lights are off but my mind is still ticking away. I also found myself doing this body scan when stupidly stressed. It’s only five minutes long but can make a huge difference. I suggest you make yourself comfy, seated or lying down, and simply listen. Enjoy the deep relaxation.

Beginner’s Yoga Class: Easy Does It

This is a 25 minutes audio for a beginner’s series. It’s mostly standing and builds core strength in the legs and arms. We’ll do some side stretches, forward bends, and more. It’s a nice easy work out. I hope you enjoy. I’ll be adding more.

Beginner’s Yoga Class: Full Body Awareness

This is a longer practice, lasting 50 minutes of flowing movements, a slow and deeper work across from sitting to standing poses, with side stretches, folds, and twists. We’ll be working on some core stability and strength. This one is a class to come back to repeatedly to build up flexibility and strength. Enjoy.
